The Mediterranean will, once again, fire the starting gun of La Vuelta Femenina by Carrefour.es. In this occasion, Valencia will be the city to welcome the riders during the first few days of this new adventure, with a Grand Departure that will feature a spectacular setting for the team presentation and for the first stage – a team time trial that will have the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias as its epicentre.

With two Grand Departures already under its belt, the Valencian capital’s experience will make for a spectacular start in a city that shares the race’s value of sustainability. Its efforts to care for the environment have led to Valencia being named a European Green Capital in 2024 and La Vuelta Femenina by Carrefour.es will be there to celebrate it.

From the Valencian Fallas to Buñol’s La Tomatina… From the red streets of Buñol during its most international festivity to the red jersey that will be worn by the first leader of the race at the starting line of this Valencian locality. The peloton will depart from Buñol and travel through the interior of the province, which consists of much more than just its spectacular coastline.
